VILLAGE HALL MANAGEMENT MEETINGS
Meetings open to the public will be held every other month, so the dates going forward for 2024 will be on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7.30pm in the Committee Room, Village Hall as follows:
13th November
The Committee is currently seeking volunteers and Trustees so if you think you have something you can offer, please contact secretary@[email protected] or message the Village Hall via Facebook. We are also keen to hear from any contractors that would be able to assist us in making improvements to the facilities.
We are particularly looking for help with fundraising, events, grant applications and making decisions for any changes needing to be made.
Anyone is welcome to attend these meetings on the dates above, and particularly if you are a resident in the Village, a user of the Hall/s or any of its facilities and surrounding facilities such as the Scouts Hut, Football Club, Playgroups, Blakey's Bus cafe, Mulbarton Sports & Social Club, or want to know more about the set-up of the Village Hall and future events.
Our key aim at the moment is to raise funds to replace the roof, improve the Village Hall facilities such as AV equipment, keep providing the Community Hub, make improvements to the Social Club garden etc. The list could go on…..
