- 1.45 - 2.15pm Relaxation Class
- Knit and natter 2-4pm on Monday afternoons at Hanover Gardens for over 50's - tea, coffee and biscuits £1 - now affiliated to Norfolk Knitters!
Wednesdays
- NEW: from Jan. 10th gentle exercise class (11am till 12 noon) every 2 weeks cost £4 a session Judy the instructor is working as part of the extend programme, exercise suitable for over 60’s upwards, tailored to suit your needs.
- 2-4pm Craft Class
- 10 - 10.30am Exercise Class
- 10.30am Coffee morning
- Second Thursday each month 2.30pm - informal 'Church at Hanover' Service
- Fish n' Chip lunch (£5 for non-residents - please telephone to book)
- First Friday each month 10am - 12noon - Please drop in at the new look Chat Café.
All over 50's welcome, especially if you are feeling lonely. Each month has an activity or theme including card making, flower arranging, games day (cards, Scrabble, dominoes etc) or just come in for tea/coffee and light snack, (usually cake)! and a chat, the more the merrier.
