Walking is an almost perfect exercise and is one of the best ways to improve physical and mental health.  To get health benefits from walking, you only need to walk for 30 minutes, five days a week.  Joining the Norwich Fringe Health Walks will help you reach that goal.

NB: You will be asked to complete a short questionnaire before your first walk in order to join the walks scheme, so please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your first walk.

The walks are all graded, circular and led by staff and volunteer leaders.  There are four walks a week in the Norwich Fringe area, that is, anywhere from the city centre to any village within four miles of the boundary, including Mulbarton, Swardeston, Swainsthorpe and East Carleton. Watch this space for details of health walks taking place in our area over the next few months or for more information tel. 01603 423377 or look on the website; www.thefringe.fsnet.co.uk
